| The
Central Shelby church of Christ is a group of Christians
whose goal it is to put God first in everything we do. To
that end, we attempt to pattern the work, worship, and
organization of this local church after the New Testament
example of local churches. We are nondenominational, not
being a part of any man-made organization.
We desire to promote a
spirit of "family," fellowship, and unity at Central Shelby
-- but never at the expense of the truth of God's word. Our
unity is based upon the word of God. We believe that true
harmony can only exist when people are united upon the firm
foundation of the Bible. Truth cannot be compromised
(Galatians 1:6-9; John 14:15; 2 Timothy 4:1ff).
